How to Photoshop Your Face Into a Demon
Adobe Photoshop is a powerful graphics program that has myriad uses, from designing webpage layouts to creating animation. But one of the most common uses is to alter and retouch photos. For example, if you want to create some scary images for Halloween or have a scary site idea that you want to create, you can use the tools and functions of Photoshop to quickly convert a photo of yourself into a scary demon, complete with horns.

1
Load the image that you want to use into your computer. You can transfer it from a digital source like a camera or flash drive, or you can use your scanner to import it.
-
2
Open Photoshop. Select "File" and click "Open." In the dialog that pops up, browse to the image you loaded and open it.
-
-
3
Select "Filter" from the menu and click "Liquefy." In the dialog that opens, select the "Push" tool (it looks like a little pointing finger) to push the corners of the scalp up to form horn shapes. Use the "Undo" if it is not quite right. This may take several attempts. Click "OK."
-
4
Click on the "Quick Mask" icon at the bottom of the "Layers" panel. Now use the brush tool to paint over your face in the image. Then click on the "Quick Mask" tool again. Don't paint over the eyes or teeth. Now select "Select" from the menu and click "Inverse." The face in the image will be selected.
-
5
Select "Image," then "Adjustments" and click "Hue/Saturation." Use the sliders to change the color of the face to a bright red. Click "OK."
-
6
Use the "Quick Mask" function to select only the "horns" and change them to an off white.
-
7
Use the "Polygonal" selection tool to select the "Irises" in the eyes. Use the "Inner" and "Outer" glow functions under the "FX" icon to give them a red glow.
-
8
Select "File" and click "Save As." Name your file and save it as a high resolution JPEG.
