How to Delete Unknown USB Device Driver From Registry
When connecting multiple USB devices to your computer you are undoubtely going to install a USB driver you don't need and you may not even recognize it when you spot the driver. If you want to make room on our computer and clean up the registry on your system you can delete the unknown USB driver. However, you must be sure you are deleting a driver you don't need, otherwise you can find a USB drive on your computer fails on you once the driver is removed.

Click the "Start" button on the desktop, then select "Run." The small Run window loads onto the desktop.

Type "regedit" and press "Enter." This opens the registry editor.

Scroll through the list of items in the registry. Press the "+" button to expand the selection and uncover additional information regarding the selection.

Select the USB registry you want to remove, then press "Delete." A window appears asking if you are sure you want to remove the selection. Click "Yes" and the unknown USB device driver is removed from the registry.
