  • Empty water bottle
  • Dawn soap (blue)
  • Water
  • Cloth or paper towel

Instructions

      Squirt Dawn soap in the bottom of the empty spray bottle.

      Fill the spray bottle with warm water from a faucet. The mixture should appear to have a tinge of blue. If it does not, add a little more Dawn.

      Shake the bottle to make sure it is thoroughly mixed. Locate the offending ants and spray. Wait a couple of seconds to ensure the mixture killed the ants and wipe the area with a cloth.

      Store the environmentally friendly mixture with other cleaning products and use whenever the ant problem recurs. Unlike chemical solutions, this mixture does not expire.
