How to Import Contacts From a SIM Card to a G1
The G1 is a smartphone from HTC available on the T-Mobile network. Features of the G1 include an easy-to-use touchscreen interface, a music player and a 3.2 megapixel camera for capturing pictures and videos. Additionally, the phone's messaging features allow users to easily send emails, text messages or instant messages to their contacts. Users with contacts stored on a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card have the option to import one contact or all contacts into the G1's contact list.

Tap the "Contacts" icon on the phone's home screen.

Choose "Import Contacts" from the menu options.

Select the contact to import from the list provided. Add additional information for the contact, if necessary.
