How to Find an IP Address Using an Email Address
You've been getting spam from one particular person for months and you're getting sick of it. You want the spam to stop. Using the email messages you've been receiving from the spammer and getting his IP address so you can block it is one way you can take a stand and get the spam to stop. Another reason you might want to find the IP address of a person sending you email is if those emails contain viruses. Computer viruses are becoming more and more insidious, and being able to discover the IP address of the sender so you can block their IP is another way to keep your computer safe.
