How to Check Minutes on an AT&T Prepaid Phone Card

AT&T prepaid phone cards offer great rates for domestic calls as well as international calls to and from over 200 countries. Domestic cards can be purchased in amounts of 100, 300, 500 or 1,000 minutes. Worldwide cards can be purchased for $30 with rates as low as five cents per minute. Calls can be made from mobile or landline phones. Visit AT&T online to check the balance of minutes left on your prepaid phone card.

Instructions

1. Locate the toll-free access number and PIN on your AT&T prepaid phone card.

2. Navigate to consumer.att.com/prepaidcard/fy/cyb.html#.

3. Enter the toll-free access number and PIN under "Check Your Card Balance." Click "Submit."

4. Review the balance of minutes left on your prepaid phone card.

Tips & Warnings

• To add more minutes to your card, call the toll-free access number found on your prepaid card, select pound (#) and then enter "3."
