How To Copy an Excel Worksheet That Has a Pivot Table
You can create Pivot Tables using Microsoft Excel to analyze data. If you want to copy the data and Pivot Table from one worksheet and paste it to another worksheet or workbook, you can do so by accessing the Clipboard section of the Excel ribbon. All formatting changes will remain the same when you copy and paste a worksheet with a Pivot Table.

Open the Excel worksheet that has the Pivot Table you want to copy.

Use your mouse to highlight the cells and Pivot Table you want to copy or click the "Select All" button.

Click the "Copy" button located in the Clipboard section of the Excel ribbon.

Open the worksheet you want to insert the copied data into.

Click the "Paste" button located in the Clipboard section of the ribbon. The data and Pivot Table from the other worksheet will appear.

Tips & Warnings
If you want to make changes to the Pivot Table after pasting it into a new workbook, click anywhere in the body of the Pivot Table to open the Pivot Table Field List.
