How to do a McTwist on a Trampoline
A McTwist is simply a front flip with a 180-degree spin.

The Preparation

Before you can do a McTwist you first have to learn to do a front flip. Begin by jumping on the trampoline with only 1 or 2 feet of air.

When you are ready, throw your torso forward at the peak of your jump as if you are trying to put your head between your legs.

At only 2 feet you will probably land on your back. To land on your feet just keep practicing the flip while gradually jumping higher and spinning faster.
The McTwist

A McTwist is simply a front flip with a simultaneous 180-degree spin. Begin by jumping 3 to 5 feet high.

Begin your front flip as you are on the way back up from your last jump. At the same time you begin your front flip motion with your torso, throw your right arm across your body to spin in the direction you want to twist.

If you time your spin correctly, you will land facing the opposite way you started. By jumping 3 or 5 feet beforehand you will land on your feet although it may take some practice to consistently stay on them.

Doing tricks on the trampoline is always dangerous. Please use all safety procedures that are suggested for trampoline use and do not try tricks without supervision.

Tips & Warnings
Make sure that there is always sufficient room ahead of you on the trampoline.
If you speed up your spin you can do a misty, which is a flip with a 360.
You can continue to jump higher as long as you time your flip and spin accordingly, the higher you jump the slower the spin.
This trick can also be done on a diving board.
Jumping on a trampoline hold its own dangers. If you do not flip over all the way it is possible to hurt your neck or back. It is also possible to accidentally jump off the side of the trampoline.
