How to Program a Big Screen TV to Play a Camcorder

Camcorders can easily be connected to your big screen television

Camcorders have the ability to shoot a fair amount of video that can be used for playback, either on the camera or on other devices, such as a PC or a television. In the event that you have a big screen TV, and you wish to connect a camcorder to it in order to play the camcorder images, it is simple to connect the camcorder to a television with the equipment that generally comes with your camcorder.

Instructions

1. Connect the camcorder end of the camcorder-to-RCA cable to the port in your camcorder. These cables should come with your camcorder.

2. Connect the RCA ends into one of the sets of available RCA ports on your big screen TV.

3. Set your camcorder to playback mode.

4. Turn your big screen TV on and change the channel to the video input channel that matches your camcorder. You should be able to see the camcorder's playback menu on your TV screen.
