Photo albums with a privacy setting of "Everyone" are visible to all Facebook users.

Photo sharing is among the many convenient networking tools offered by Facebook. Uploading photos to your profile is easy. You can make a new album by uploading multiple pictures to your profile at the same time. Each photo album accommodates a maximum of 200 photos.

Instructions

      Click on the "Profile" link in the Facebook banner, located at the top of every Facebook screen.

      Select the "Photos" tab just below your profile picture on the left side of your profile.

      Click the gray "Upload Photos" button in the top-right corner of your screen.

      Click the blue "Select Photos" button in the pop-up window.

      Point the new pop-up window, showing your hard drive, to the folder that contains your photos.

      Click once on a photo to choose it. Select multiple noncontiguous photos for upload by holding down the "Ctrl" key while you click each photo. Select multiple contiguous photos for upload by holding down the "Shift" key, clicking the first photo you want to upload and then clicking the last photo you want to upload. Click "Open" to begin the photo upload.

      Fill out the name for the album and select a privacy setting when prompted. When the progress bar at the top of the window shows you that the photos are completely uploaded, click "Create Album."

Tips & Warnings

  • To add photos to an album that already exists, open the album in Facebook and click the "Add Photos" button in the top-right corner. Follow Steps 4 through 6 to upload more images for the album.
