How to Synchronize a Verizon Blackberry With a Computer
BlackBerry offers a range of smart phone devices through Verizon that enable you to easily share and access important information such as contacts, calendars and notes between your phone and computer. This means whether or not you are near your computer, this information will be right at hand. To sync your device you will need a software package available from BlackBerry's website and the USB cable included with your phone.

Download and install the BlackBerry Desktop software if you haven't done so already.

Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager program, connect your phone to your computer with the included USB cable, and click on "Synchronize."

Click the checkbox next to "Synchronize organizer data" in the "Synchronize" dialog to enable it.

Navigate to the "Configuration" tab and click on "Configure sync" to configure the sync settings.

Select the items you wish to synchronize by enabling each checkbox. For each item, you must also select the software on your computer associated with it by clicking the "Choose." button. For instance, if you wish to sync your Outlook address book, enable the "Address Book" check box and then choosing Outlook as its program. Click "OK" when finished.

Navigate back to the "Synchronize" tab and click the "Synchronize now" button to sync your BlackBerry device.

Tips & Warnings
To automatically sync your phone every time it is connected to your computer, select the checkbox underneath "Automatic synchronization" in the "Synchronize" tab.
