How to Troubleshoot a Jawbone Earpiece

Allow the power to drain fully from your Jawbone headset and then charge it to 100% and try to use it again. When a Jawbone is recharged, it is automatically reset, which can help clear up any technological or syncing issues.

Move to a different area. If there are other wireless networks in the area they may be interfering with the Bluetooth network and can cause static.

Make sure your phone has "Bluetooth Mode" enabled. Phones are not set to sync with Bluetooth devices by default, so you will need to enable this mode in order for your Jawbone to work. Check your phone's owner's manual for more on putting your phone into Bluetooth Mode.
