How to BeDazzle Shoes

The BeDazzler is an embellishing machine that a crafter can use to attach rhinestones and metal studs to clothing and canvas shoes. For many projects, you can use hot glue or fabric glue to attach faux gemstones to your apparel, but if you want to bedazzle others with your embellished shoes, the machine might help you get the job done.

Things You'll Need

• BeDazzler machine
• Canvas shoes
• Rhinestones

Instructions

1. Purchase a BeDazzler from an online vendor. The BeDazzler comes with rhinestones and studs that fit the machine. Also, a miniature BeDazzler should come with your purchase. The miniature BeDazzler is easier to use on accessories with tight spaces, such as handbags and canvas shoes.

2. Place the rhinestone, sparkly side up, in the BeDazzler spout.

3. Lower the arm of the BeDazzler (which looks a lot like a stapler), and push the spout into the fabric of your shoe.

4. Release the arm. The rhinestone now is secure in the shoe. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until your design is complete. Use the miniature BeDazzler to reach the tighter spaces in your canvas shoe.
