How to Forward Verizon Enhanced Text Messages

Forward a Verizon enhanced text message just like any text message.

Verizon enhanced text messages can be longer than traditional text messages and offer advanced text formatting, international characters and embedded objects. If you have a Verizon enhanced text message cell phone and you receive a Verizon enhanced text message that you would like to forward to others, you can do so in the same manner as forwarding any text message.

• Verizon enhanced text-messaging-capable cell phone
• Verizon enhanced text-messaging plan

Instructions

1. Locate the Verizon enhanced text message that you would like to forward. Click "Menu." Click "Messaging." Click "Inbox." Scroll to the message you want to forward.

2. Click "Options." Click "Forward."

3. Input the 10-digit cell phone numbers of the people to whom you wish to forward the Verizon enhanced text message, or click "Add" to add contacts from your contact list.

Tips & Warnings

• It does not cost extra to send a Verizon enhanced text message.

• If you send a Verizon enhanced text message to users who don't have a Verizon enhanced text message cell phone, the enhancements will be removed from the text message.
