How to Download a YouTube Video to a Sansa
Sansa is a type of MP3 player. There are a few different kinds of Sansa players, and some of them can play video. if you have a Sansa player that supports video it will say so on the box. You can capture YouTube videos and then download them onto your Sansa player through the use of a few free programs online.

Install any disc that came with your Sansa player in order to get the drivers your computer needs to recognize the player. Downloading them directly from the Sansa site is also an option ( see "Resources").

Visit your Youtube video's website. Right-click on the address at the top and select 'Copy."

Visit a website that can capture your Youtube video such as Convertfiles.com or Freefileconvert.com. Click on the URL download option and right-click on the textbox next to it.

Select "Paste" to put your YouTube video's address in the box. Click "Convert" to begin converting. Click on the download link once it comes up to download your video.

Download and install a program such as Format Factory that can convert your video into the format you need for your particular Sansa Player. Click on the "All to Mobile Device" button under the "Video" tab. Click on "Output setting" and select your Sansa's particular model that will be listed there. Click "Add File."

Double-click on the file you just downloaded. Click "OK." Click "Start" in the main program screen to convert it into the right format. Click the "Output folder" button; this will reveal the file you just converted.

Hook up your Sansa to your comptuer with the USB cable. A popup window will appear. Click "Open." This is the folder for storage on your player. Click back on the output folder from earlier, and drag your file from the output folder to the Sansa player's folder. This will download the video to your Sansa.
