    If you do not want to hard reset try this. There should be an icon that says "Storage Card" click on it and you will be at a blank screen, hit "Menu" then scroll down to "My Device" which will bring up a whole list of folders, scroll down to "Windows"and this will bring up another list of folders. This is where the storage problem was, at least for my phone. Go to "Messaging" and "SqmTempFiles", here i had a huge list of stuff, hold down the caps shift button and scroll down to highlight them all, then hit "menu" scroll to "edit" and push right on the arrow key pad then scroll down to "delete" and say hello to free storage.
