How to Fit a Television on a Corner Cabinet
A corner cabinet is a great location for a television if you want to arrange the furniture in your room differently than you have before. Instead of making the television the focal point of the room, a TV corner cabinet allows you to set up a sitting area in the corner in front of your corner TV cabinet, and then you can enjoy another sitting area designed for socializing. Because of the limited space you may have available in your television corner cabinet, proper TV measurements are necessary to ensure your television will fit.

Measure the length of your television. Run a tape measure across the front of your TV from one side to the other to determine the length.

Use your tape measure to determine the depth of your TV. Measure the front of the TV to the back to determine how deep your TV is.

Compare these measurements to your TV corner cabinet. Measure your corner TV cabinet and find the location in the corner where the depth is at least the same as your television. For example, if your TV has a depth of 4 inches, measure from the wall to the front of your TV cabinet until you find the locations on either side of the corner cabinet where you have 4 inches of space available. Mark these two locations with a pencil.

Run a tape measure between your two pencil marks to find the length available. If the TV you want has a length that's appropriate for the depth that fits on your corner cabinet, it will fit. If not, look for a smaller TV that will fit.
