How to Register Your Website in Search Engines
Search engines help users locate nearly all content available online, from text-based information to images, audio and video files, Web applications, maps and more. Though more than 100 search engines exist, just three of them handle the vast majority of search traffic: Google, Yahoo and Bing. No central resource exists for registering your website with each of these search engines, but adding your site to each website individually is a simple process that can make your site available to nearly anyone who wants to find it.
