Outlook Express is an email program on Windows-based PCs that allows you to configure and use your Yahoo! Mail account on your PC without needing to sign in to your Yahoo! web-based account. If you have a large amount of disk space on your computer and would like to maximize your Yahoo! Mail quota, using Outlook Express is helpful. To use Yahoo! Mail successfully in Outlook Express, you must use the Post Office Protocol 3.
