      Find an email stationery website compatible for your email account company. Outlook users can use Outlook to create their own stationery from scratch.

      Design your stationery in Outlook. Open Outlook, click on "Tools" on the toolbar, then "Options" and then the "Mail Format" tab. Click on "Stationery Picker" and a new box will pop-up. In this box, choose "New" and enter a name for your stationery. From there, you can begin designing using a blank template, existing template or uploading your own.

      Search for existing stationery designs if you don't want to design your own. Outlook users, access Cloudeight Stationery at http://thundercloud.net/stationery/ and browse the designs. Yahoo users should log into their Yahoo Mail account to find stationery designs.

      Choose a stationery design. Outlook users, click on the design you want at Cloudeight and it will take you to separate page. Follow the directions for downloading the stationery and applying it to Outlook. Yahoo users, click on "New" to create an email message. On the right-hand side of the screen, choose "Select Stationery" to browse the available designs. Click on the stationery you want and it will be applied to all your new email messages until you pick another one or choose no stationery.

      Create a personal logo to incorporate into your email stationery. Draw out ideas for your logo and then open up a design, paint or photo program on your computer, such as Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Publisher or Adobe Photoshop.

      Using the design program tools, create your logo. Start with a background and add in details, shapes, colors and text. Once you are finished designing, save the logo.
