How to See Incoming Phone Numbers on Comcast
Comcast's digital phone service, like other telephone carriers, includes a caller identification feature that lets you see the number and name of the incoming caller if the information is not blocked. The service, known as Caller ID, is standard on both Comcast's residential and commercial phone services. To see the incoming caller information, you must purchase and connect a caller identification device to your phone line--this device is not provided by Comcast. The caller identification device is available at retail and electronic outlets.
