How to Find Somebody on Facebook

Add Facebook friends

If you are unable to escape the allure of social networking, you're not alone. It seems that everybody these days has a Facebook page. Facebook allows you to keep in touch, show off your latest photos, play games, kill time, and, most importantly, amass large quantities of friends. If you wish to add friends, family, colleagues, or that old high school classmate to your list, Facebook makes it easy to do with a simple search.

Instructions

1. Sign into your Facebook account. If you do not already have an account, sign up for one at Facebook's homepage.

2. Type the person's full name or email address into the search function on the top of the page. Press "Search." The results will appear on the next page.

3. Friend the person once you find her by clicking the "Add as friend" button. You may be unable to view her Facebook profile until she accepts your friend request.
