How to Shine Cowboy Boots
Cowboy boots are made from a leather material and that needs continuous care to keep looking new and shiny. Dust settles into crevices of the leather and dulls the shine. It is important to wipe boots clean each time after wearing to remove dust before it settles too deeply into the leather. Does this Spark an idea?

Wipe dust from the cowboy boots with a clean cloth. Make sure the boot is completely clean of dust.

Wipe boots with a damp cloth. Be sure to wipe deep into creases to remove any embedded dirt.

Apply a leather conditioner to the boots. This keeps the leather supple. Using a clean rag, pour a small amount to the rag and apply to the boot in circular motions going around the entire boot. After applying the leather conditioner, allow the boot to dry for an hour.

Buff the cowboy boots with a clean rag, wiping off all the dried conditioner.

Apply boot cream to the boots. Using a clean rag apply a small dab of boot cream to the boots, rubbing the cream into the leather.

Buff boots to reveal a fresh shiny color.

Tips & Warnings
Purchase a boot cream that is one to two shades darker than the color of your cowboy boots. Leather fades from dirt and elements from the weather and boot cream that is a shade or two darker helps to restore their original shine.
