The Google Site virus, also referred to as go.google.com or Google Redirect, is a virus that redirects your Google searches to malicious Web sites, including go.google.com. In addition to redirecting your Web searches, the Google Site virus may change your desktop, slow your computer, infect your email attachments, and turn your computer screen blue.

      Click on the "Start" menu.

      Click on "Control Panel."

      Click on "Hardware and Sound."

      Click on "Device Manager."

      Click on "View" in the top menu.

      Click on "Show Hidden Devices" from the drop down menu.

      Scroll down to "Non-plug and Play Drivers" and click on the arrow next to it. A new list of devices will appear.

      Scroll down the new list of devices to "TDSSserv.sys," then right click on it and select "Disable."

      Restart your computer.

      Update and run your antivirus program. If you do not have an antivirus program, consider purchasing one.
