How to Get Certification for SAP CRM
SAP is a leading provider of business software. If you work with SAP technologies, you can achieve SAP certification at two progressive levels by passing exams demonstrating your proficiency with SAP software. In the area of SAP Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, you can pursue the SAP Certified Application Associate credential. Later you can progress to the SAP Certified Application Professional credential in the areas of sales, service or marketing.

Consider a training program. If you don't already feel confident in your skills with the SAP CRM software, a training program can help you achieve the level of competence needed to pass the certification exams. Information on training is available on the SAP website.

Register for the exam. For initial certification, register for the "SAP Certified Application Associate-CRM Fundamentals with SAP CRM" exam. You can find an exam location and date through the SAP website or through Pearson VUE testing services.

Prepare for the exam. Information about each test, including the approximate time, number of questions and sample questions, is available on the SAP website.

Complete the initial exam. With the SAP Certified Application Associate-CRM Fundamentals with SAP CRM exam, you will demonstrate your knowledge and ability to implement SAP CRM solutions.

Progress to the professional level exams. In the area of CRM, there are three different options for the SAP Certified Application Professional credential: sales, service and marketing. Each has its own corresponding exam. Register for and complete the appropriate exam to earn your certification.

Receive your certification. After completing the exam, you will receive a score report notifying you of your results. Successful applicants will receive a certificate within four to six weeks.
