Click on "Effects" in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Mouse down to "Video Transitions," then "Dissolve" and click "Ripple Dissolve." This effect will smoothly morph one image into the next while creating an effect similar to a drop of water sending out a wave of "ripples" across a pond. The Ripple Dissolve works well when used on footage dealing with water or water-sports.
