How Do I Add Tabbed Browsing to My IE 6 Version?

Many people who use the Internet frequently find that they prefer one browser over others. Different browsers have different features, but many major features are becoming standard. If you use Mozille Firefox or Apple's Safari, then you might be a fan of tabbed browsing. Tabbed browsing allows you to keep multiple web pages open within a single window. Internet Explorer 6 doesn't have this feature built-in. However, if you like both IE 6 and tabbed browsing, you can add the feature to the software yourself.

Instructions

1. Open a new browser window.

2. Go to http://toolbar.msn.com/

3. Download the MSN Toolbar to your desktop.

4. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the prompts to install the toolbar.

5. Restart Internet Explorer. The MSN toolbar will appear in the top of the browser window.

6. Click the plus icon ( + ) to add a new tab.
