How to Draw Cartoon People Online
If you want to create a drawing online, including cartoon people, you can do so for free with the help of an Internet sketch pad. Internet sketch pads are much like Microsoft Paint, offering different "tools" like paintbrushes, pencils, and even spray paint. Using these online sketch pads allows you to create fast non-freehand shapes and fill entire spaces with color at the click of a mouse.

Open your Internet browser and open a free online sketch pad. Popular sites include artwanted.com, mugtug.com, and onlinesketchpad.com.

Choose the "Oval" tool option to create the cartoon person's head. Make sure to select a line thickness that will match the rest of the cartoon body. Use the same tool to create the eyes.

Use the "Paintbrush" tool to fill in black circles inside the eyes. Create three eyelashes on both top and bottom of the cartoon eyes. Select a color and, using the paintbrush, draw the cartoon person's hair.

Use a black "Pencil" or "Paintbrush" to carefully draw in the rest of the cartoon person's body. The body should contain little realistic detail and show simple interpretation for things like hands and feet. Fill in the white spaces of the cartoon person with the "Color Fill" tool.
