How to Paste a Calendar Into Powerpoint thumbnail
Pasting a calendar into Powerpoint can improve your presentation.

PowerPoint lets you embed calendars as objects. You can insert an inbuilt calendar control into PowerPoint or copy your completed calendar into PowerPoint as an image. Thanks to screen capture, you can capture the image of your screen and place it into a program of your choice. When you paste a calendar as an image, you cannot edit the calendar itself. However, you can resize or crop the image of your calendar so it looks the way you want.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the calendar you want to copy. Press the "Print Screen" button on your Windows keyboard (see top-right area of keyboard).

    • 2

Minimize the calendar program and open a new or existing page in PowerPoint.

    • 3

Go to the slide where you'd like to paste the calendar and click inside an empty text box or choose "Insert" and "Textbox" from the toolbar.

    • 4

Select "Edit" and "Paste" (shortcut: Ctrl+V) to paste the calendar into the slide.

    • 5

Click on "View," "Toolbars" and "Picture" to open the "Picture" toolbar. Then pick the "Crop" tool from the "Picture" toolbar and click on the edges of the calendar.

    • 6
