Instructions

      Press down the "1" key until the Voicemail screen appears. Once a user has accessed this screen, an automated voice will offer options for checking voicemail, all of which can be done by clicking whatever number key corresponds with a certain command.

      Press the "1" key again to play the most recent messages.

      Access the call log screen, should clicking 1 not work for immediate access.

      Scroll through the call log until you come to the "Voicemail" option. Click on this to access the voicemail, and follow instructions to access the newest voice messages. As above, pressing "1" while in the screen will access your most recent voice messages.

Tips & Warnings

  • Should a BlackBerry have trouble accessing voice messages, try shutting off and restarting the phone, or unplug the battery, then reinsert to reboot the system.
