The Kiwi Champagne Cocktail is a classic drink loosely based on the Kir Royale Cocktail. Things You'll Need

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 slices kiwi
  • 1 oz. Midori liqueur
  • 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice
  • 3 oz. champagne
  • Chilled cocktail glass
  • Lemon peel, for garnish

      Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice.

      Add the kiwi slices, Midori liqueur, fresh pineapple juice and champagne to the cocktail shaker.
