Make a Ritz Cocktail

The Ritz Cocktail is a drink invented by master mixologist Dale DeGroff in the 1980s. DeGroff created what he now calls his signature cocktail in New York's Rainbow Room as a tribute to the champagne cocktail.

If you want to add a little luxury to your brunch routine, the Ritz cocktail has the right touch of fizz and class to do the job. The Ritz is a sweet yet complex drink made with cognac, Cointreau, maraschino liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice and champagne.

This recipe makes one Ritz Cocktail, served straight up in a chilled cocktail glass and garnished with a lemon twist. Add this to my Recipe Box.
