How to Add PayPal to MySpace

If you use MySpace to promote a charity or business, you may want to add a PayPal button to your MySpace profile so you can accept donations or sell items. The button links directly to your PayPal account. You have to generate code for a PayPal button first, but after you do this, you can edit your MySpace profile and add PayPal.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your PayPal account using your email address and password and click the "Merchant Services" tab.

2. Click "Website Payments Standard" from the menu to the left of the screen. You can create a PayPal button to add to your MySpace account here.

3. Select a payment button and click "Create one now." Enter information for the button, such as the organization name or service, select the currency you want to use, and select "Create Button." The PayPal button code will appear.

4. Copy the code for the button and sign in to your MySpace account.

5. Click the "Profile" tab from the navigation bar and select "Edit Profile." Paste your button code anywhere on your profile and click "Save Changes."

6. View your profile to verify that you added PayPal to your MySpace account.
