Easels are the perfect way to display artwork or posters for art shows, class presentations or even home decoration. Unfortunately, easels can be expensive and require a trip to a specialty or art supply store. Fortunately, it's incredibly simple to make an inexpensive easel out of paper. Cut a piece of paper measuring 24 inches by 4 inches. Roll up the paper to make a 24-inch-long tube. Tape the tube so that it stays rolled up.
-
2
Fold the paper tube in half so it forms a "V" with 12-inch-long stems. This will form the front of the easel.

Tape the top end of the 11-inch tube at a slight angle to the back of the pointed part of the paper "V". You should now have the basic shape of the easel, with an upside-down "V" in front and a supporting leg sticking out at an angle from the back.
