Click on the "Start" menu, open the All Programs list, click on the Accessories folder, and open the System Tools folder.

Open the Scheduled Tasks program.

Click on the "Add Scheduled Task" button and select the network security program that you wish to run from the list that appears.

Assign a name to the task and choose a frequency from the list that appears, including daily performance, weekly performance or monthly performance of the task.
