How to Edit Text in Microsoft Document Imaging
Microsoft Document Imaging is a utility, built into Microsoft Office, that allows you to extract text from scanned documents and faxes and edit it. The program's file format is based on the high-resolution Tagged Image File Format, TIFF. Within Microsoft Office, you can use the utility to open and save files in the Microsoft Document Imaging format. Text embedded within Microsoft Document Imaging is easily unlocked by using the utility's built-in text copying tool--no third-party application is required.
