Launch the Web browser on your computer and make your way to a site that features flash movies. One of the most popular is Hulu or YouTube.

Select the movie you want to watch. Click the "Play" button with your mouse. Because most flash video sites have multiple videos on the same page you need to initiate the playback.

Press the spacebar on your computer. Doing so instantly pauses the flash video playing on your Web browser.
