How to Create a Daily Planner Calender to Print
Keeping your days scheduled and planned is a great way to stay organized, but there is no need to go out and buy an expensive daily planner. You can easily make your own daily calendar using your computer and printer at home. Keep track of all your appointments, meetings and important events, such as birthdays and anniversaries, in one place.

Click "Start" on your computer and select "All Programs." Choose "Microsoft Works Calendar" from the menu options to open a new document in the software.

Click "View" at the top of the page and then select "Day." You could also press "ALT + 1" on the keyboard to open the daily planner.

Double-click on any hour during the day. Add a title for your appointment, along with a location if necessary, and then select the correct starting and ending time for the event. You can also add additional notes or information about the event in the extra space provided.

Go to "File" and select "Print." Select "Day" as the printing style, choose the days you would like to print, along with their starting and ending times, and then click "OK" to print your daily planner.

Place your printed calendar pages inside plastic page protectors and then put them into a three-ring binder for daily use.
