How to Convert From Quicken
Converting from Quicken to another personal finance management application requires transferring your existing data into the new software. Quicken files themselves are in a proprietary format, and cannot be read by other software. Instead, create a Quicken export file in Quicken Interchange Format (QIF), which has become an industry standard; nearly all financial management software can read QIF files.

Choose "File" > "Export", and select QIF data. You will be asked which accounts you want to include; it is best to select a single account here, and repeat this step for each account in Quicken. Save this export file to disk.
