How to Use a USB Adapter With a Wireless PS2 Controller
Wireless PlayStation 2 (PS2) controllers allow players to play PS2 games from anywhere in a room. The unique shape of the PS2 console controller port prevents these controllers from plugging into the PlayStation 3 (PS3). It is possible to use a PS2-USB adapter to connect these controllers to a PS3. The adapter will convert the signal from the wireless PS2 controller to one readable by a USB port. This can allow you to reuse your older wireless controllers rather than purchasing new ones.
