How to Cancel a Bearshare Subscription

If you’re no longer interested in downloading licensed music and videos from Musiclab’s BearShare program, you’ll need to cancel your BearShare Premium Monthly Subscription to avoid further charges to your credit card. You can still download unlicensed media content provided by other BearShare users for free and purchase individual songs or albums with your basic BearShare account. Musiclab warns that you won’t receive a refund on any remaining portion of your subscription once you cancel.

Instructions

1. Visit the BearShare website at bearshare.com. Click “Support” then select “Contact Support” to reach the BearShare Help Center.

2. Select “Contact BearShare” under "Topic." Click “Feedback and suggestions” under "Problem." Click the “Feedback form” link.

3. Fill out the Support Form with the requested information. Indicate that you want to cancel your subscription in the problem description box. Click “Send.”

4. Log in to the email account you provided on the feedback form. Check for a cancellation confirmation from Musiclab. Keep the confirmation on file in case you encounter any problems.

Tips & Warnings

• Contact BearShare’s billing department at [phone], as well as your credit card company, if BearShare charges continue to show up on your credit card statement after you’ve canceled your subscription.
