How to Put a Volume Control in a Toolbar
Most every computer comes installed with a volume control program. If yours doesn't, you can usually download a third-party program for free. If you're a computer user who listens to music or watches videos frequently, then the volume control function is one that you utilize frequently. Having a volume icon on your toolbar makes accessing the function easier. If it's not already there, you can put it in a toolbar yourself.

Tips & Warnings
You might have to unlock your toolbar if the volume control icon won't drop onto it. Right-click the toolbar, select "Properties" and then deselect "Lock the toolbar" to do so.
Make sure you create a shortcut before dragging and dropping the volume control icon onto a toolbar so you don't move your program from its original location.
