How Do I Set My Internet Browser to Accept Cookies?
As you browse the Internet, many websites you visit place small text files onto your computer. Most people call these small files “cookies.” When you revisit the same website again in the future, the cookie on your computer will streamline your web browsing experience and help the web page to load faster. Set your Internet browser to accept cookies to enable your browsing experience to be faster.

Open your Internet Explorer browser.

Click the “Tools” tab in the upper right corner and then select “Internet Options.”

Select the “Privacy” tab. Review the different privacy settings that range from blocking all cookies to allowing all cookies.

Choose the cookie setting you desire. If you select one of the middle settings (medium or medium-high), you will still enable a reasonably fast browsing experience, yet you will have some protection from cookies that might give websites information about you that would enable them to contact you.

Click “Apply” and then click “OK.”

Open your Firefox browser.

Click the “Tools” tab in the upper left corner of the browser and then choose “Options.”

Select the “Privacy” tab.

Place a checkmark in front of “Accept cookies from sites.” Place a checkmark in front of “Accept third-party cookies.”

Click the “Exceptions” box if you wish to enter any websites that you never want to allow to save cookies. Enter the URL of the website in the empty field and then click “Block.” Click “Close.”

Too high a protection setting will cause you to lose sales on some clicks also.
