How to Print a Page Range in Word 2007

Microsoft Word 2007 is a convenient and easy-to-use software program that creates many types of documents, including reports, manuals, brochures, invitations and letters. Word 2007 has many useful features that allow editing and publishing. One basic feature is printing only certain pages instead of the entire document.

      Open the document you would like to print.

      Click on the "Office" button on the upper left-hand corner. Select the Print category and click on "Print."

      Ensure that the correct printer that is connected to your computer is selected in the Name drop-down menu. Click on the "Pages" radio button in the Page Range section of the Print dialog.

      Enter the pages you would like to print. For example, if you would like to print pages two through four, enter "2-4." If you need to print multiple page ranges, such as page two then five through seven, enter "2,5-7." Click "OK."
