How Do I Get the Mozilla Firefox Bookmark Icon Onto My Desktop?
Bookmarking a website using Mozilla Firefox will save that website address on your computer, and you can click on the link to visit that website again. This is especially useful when the website address is long and difficult to remember. You can also set bookmarks as a toolbar so that you can visit bookmarked websites without using the bookmarks menu. Add a Bookmark to the desktop by using the export utility.

Click on the “Bookmarks” menu on the Mozilla Firefox browser window, then click on “Organize Bookmarks.”

Click on the “Import and Backup” menu on the "Library" window that opens and then click on “Export HTML.”
