How Can I Get Deleted Pics From My Cell Phone?
It's frustrating when camera phone photos are deleted. Unlike digital cameras that come equipped with built-in recovery systems, cell phones don't necessarily have immediate recovery mechanisms to retrieve deleted photos. Some camera phones use external memory cards to store images, allowing for the recovery of deleted images by way of a USB cable. If the camera phone has internal memory mechanisms, deleted photos can only get recovered with the help from your cell phone provider, a recovery software program, or a photo kiosk center.

1
Recover deleted photos with the cell's external memory card. Like digital cameras, some phones use a memory card to store image files. Install a memory card reader onto your computer. Remove the cell phone’s memory card and connect it to the computer’s USB portal. Under “My Computer,” find your Program list and open the card reader’s software program. Perform an image scan to recover deleted photos.

2
Connect the cell using an USB cable to a computer if images were saved on the cell’s internal memory card. Under “My Computer,” left-click on the USB feature icon, opening up the card recovery program. Conduct a scan to restore lost photos.

Contact your cell phone provider. Certain cell phone carriers can use their system's retrieval devices to recover lost image files saved onto the cell phone's internal memory card.

Restore deleted photos at a photo printing kiosk. Newer model camera phones generally use a SD card (secure digital), or a memory card made especially for portable devices that can quickly transfer images -- both saved or deleted, onto a computer.
Remove the SD card from the mobile phone and insert it into a photo kiosk (found in drug stores or big-box stores such as Target and WalMart). Follow on-screen prompts to retrieve deleted images. Print out photos or save recovered images onto a CD.
