How to Make a New 1920 Cocktail
A new 1920 cocktail is a classic drink similar to a Manhattan cocktail in its ingredients. The new 1920 is said to have been invented by Harry Craddock of the Savoy Hotel in London, England for a New Year's Eve celebration on January 31, 1919. Craddock was the head bartender at the Savoy Hotel at the time, and he often made signature cocktails for special guests and events at the hotel.
