How to install the flash player on 64 bit Linux

Adobe's Flash Player plays Flash content on Web pages in Web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. If you're using a 64-bit version of Linux, the normal 32-bit version of Adobe Flash won't work with the Web browser that came with your Linux distribution. Adobe provides a 64-bit version of the Adobe Flash plug-in that you can install on your system. The 64-bit version of Flash only works with 64-bit Web browsers.
