Paper bags are used everywhere. No doubt, they are better than plastic but is always good to have cloth bags. This way we help the environment and save trees. However, when paper bags cannot be avoided, here are some ways to reuse them.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Cover books and novels:The paper bags are sturdy enough to make good covers.Cover books and novels with them. The brown paper looks elegant and it will keep grease and dirt off the books. It will also protect them from tearing.

  2. Step 2

Take them for shopping:Place these paper bags in the car and take them to every store you go.Don't ask for bags because you already have them.Use them for the same purpose for which they are made. This way we can help reduce wastage. They are good to be used for carrying picnic stuff and camping items too.

  3. Step 3

Crafts/cooking:Use them to cover the tables when kids paint and craft. This is also a good way of reusing them. Also, you could use them on the kitchen platform when you cook greasy items. This way you won't have to clean up.They also make excellent liners for shelves and shoe racks.Store light items inside and hang them up.These could be crafts, stationary, ribbons, etc.
