How to Make a Child's Ninja Mask
The most important aspect of any good ninja costume is a quality mask that hides your identity. There are many different ways to make a child's ninja mask, but the easiest and most kid-friendly way is to use the simple T-shirt method. Using a T-shirt, you can create a surprisingly accurate ninja mask, producing far better results than the pre-made ninja masks that only cover your mouth.

1
Take a black T-shirt in the child's size and pull it over his head. Keep the arms out of the sleeves.
-
2
Pull the shirt up and let the neckline rest halfway up the head, on top of the child's nose. The nose and mouth as well as half of the ears should be completely covered.

Grab the back end of the T-shirt, behind the child's head, and pull it over the top of his head to create a sort of loose hood. Take the sleeves of the shirt, now on either side of the child's head, and pull from side to side until the hood is lying flat at the child's eyebrows.

Pull the sleeves behind the child's head and tie them together tightly to keep the mask secure. The only exposed part of the child's face should be her eyes. Pull out the bottom front of the mask to make sure the neck is covered, tucking it into the front of the child's shirt if necessary.
